Our Story

Motion Home Buyers, LLC is built on the foundation of family, a mother and daughter company dedicated to service, commitment, and integrity. After providing 31 years of customer service support to the military populace with Civil Service, co-founder Catherine Brooks set her sights on real estate investing. She has enjoyed the benefits of being a military wife and a government employee.

With the motivation and encouragement of my daughter and co-founder Candace Vaughn, University of Colorado graduate/Chemical Engineer, we decided to step out on faith, putting words into actions. Candace has enjoyed working in the Refinery arena the last 10 years. She has dedicated numerous hours to educating families and helping those in need.

Our goal is to re-develop a large number of single families and multi-family properties throughout the state with the intention of revitalizing communities, encouraging home ownership and giving back to the communities via service and deeds.
